As Preloved Kāpiti sells preloved and consignment items, all sales are final.

We take care to accurately describe and photograph each item, including any flaws or signs of wear.

If you believe an item has been significantly misrepresented, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
